Working with Texas Department Of Criminal Justice as an Out Gay man and working with several other out and Proud LGBTQ members is a blessing. There are several out Gay people where I work and we don’t hide it. Working for TDCJ in a office setting is great because when it came to pride month my division actually let me have my pride flags out and then I left them up because they said don’t be ashamed or afraid of who you are in this Job we love and accept everyone.
