I’m having issues or have questions. How do I get support?
With the new site release in April 2020 OutBüro added a support ticketing system for easy reporting of issues and questions. A “guest” ticket may be created if having issues with registration or log in. Otherwise, please submit while logged in.
From any page on the site, hover over the More menu option then choose Support.
A Support graphic is also located in the site’s left colum for easy location.
